Foley’s “Money Follows the Child” scheme would demolish the current fair and equitable state funding of public charter schools — creating budget chaos for local schools, chaos that would include teacher layoffs, program cuts, larger class sizes, and a myriad of other serious ramifications in our neediest districts.
