American Education Week in Connecticut

The Berlin Education Association sold paper apples to raise money for its scholarship fund this year. Students wrote notes to teachers on the apples, thanking them for help in school.

In Ashford, they will be recognizing the Teacher of the Year, an Above and Beyond the Call of Duty award winner, and having a Pie Raffle that includes all Ashford Staff at a breakfast on Friday.
This week in Plainville, the Education Association of Plainville honors teachers by treating them to a relaxing breakfast where they can catch up with colleagues.
