I am educated, trained, experienced,and professionally developed beyond any predictions I could have made at the beginning of my career.This conversation illustrates the current climate.  Those removed from the classroom for a few years have no idea how intense the job has become. Always a proponent of innovation in the public setting, currently I am &quot;dancing as fast as I can&quot;.  Fortunately for me, my passion for working with children endures.]]></description>
