Punitive Nature of NCLB Underscored by Leading Researcher

Teachers have long been concerned about federal regulations that label schools.  Educators support using multiple assessments of learning and multiple indicators of school performance as part of a sound accountability system.  Our hats off to UCONN Researcher Peter Behuniak  for his recent letter to the Courant.
